About Me

Meet Norman Williamson — Hypnotherapist, Listener, Guide.

I’m Norman Williamson, founder of NW Hypnotherapy. My journey into hypnotherapy began in 2019, driven by a deep desire to help others navigate the emotional and physical challenges that life can bring. I trained in clinical hypnotherapy in 2019/2020 and began working part-time with clients in 2020.

At the time, I was still relying on another income stream and managing my own health — including an autoimmune vascular condition and diabetes. These experiences weren’t just obstacles; they became the foundation of my practice. I know firsthand how anxiety, stress, depression, weight issues, and addiction can feel when they’re tangled up with chronic illness or life transitions. That’s why I specialise in these areas — not from theory alone, but from lived understanding.

Over the years, I’ve also faced the challenges of building a business while wrestling with imposter syndrome and self-doubt. That journey led me to pursue further training and qualifications, not just to deepen my skills, but to better support others — especially professionals who feel stuck, unworthy, or unsure of their next step.

At NW Hypnotherapy, I offer a safe, relaxed, and emotionally attuned space where you can feel truly heard. Whether you’re struggling with personal challenges or seeking clarity in your business or career, I’ll work with you to create a focused, tailored treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

From January 2026, I’ll be offering hypnotherapy full-time — and I’m here to help you move forward with confidence, calm, and a clear sense of self.
