The initial consultation is followed up by a relaxation session and can take up to one and a half hours. This enables you to discuss your situation in detail with me, to get a full picture of your situation and establish your expectations . At the end of the Initial Consultation I will explain to you what I feel can be achieved, how many sessions I would expect to see you for (this is a rough guide and will depend on your progress) and answer any questions you have. Initial Consultation £25 approx 30 mins

Weight Loss sessions One to One £70 per session x 4 sessions

Weight loss Groups of 3 or more x 6 sessions (£99 per person )

Hypnotherapy Session £70

Sessions require to be paid 24 hours before session is scheduled to ensure booking.

Your custom is taken seriously and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend will incur the full 100% session fee as the time slot will have been secured for your appointment and preparation for your session will have been undertaken
