Just wanted to give some feedback on the sessions. These have been great and I personally have started to see results. I'm not weighing myself as I got a bit obsessed with the scales on a previous diet and was disheartened if I hadn't lost anything. Now I go by body changes, my husband has commented about my weight loss and I have got into a pair of Jeans I previously couldn't fit in to. The sessions really have been effective in relation to my subconscious. Snacking is near non-existent if I do it is a biscuit or a few crisps nothing like before. I recognise when I actually want food and find I eat less. During the week I have breakfast, hungry for lunch and then come teatime I just want a cup of tea and toast, not an actual meal. I'm walking a lot more, started exercising in the morning, so motivation has risen. Over the festive period I had no notion to pig out or overeat, it wasn't through trying not to, I just didn't want too.

 

 

I was quite sceptical to begin with as never thought about doing anything like this before. I have always struggled with my weight over the years and was tired of dieting. I wanted to change my mindset about food, eat less and select an healthier option. so I contacted Norman, he is very friendly and approachable, remained professional and put my mind at rest, after my first session I was amazed how I looked at food, I didn't eat In between meals, after all 4 sessions I was chuffed with an half stone loss.
